Job Title: Climate Control Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Climate Control Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and supervising the work of sub-contractors to ensure compliance with shop drawings, method statements, materials, and samples.
  • Liaising with relevant authorities, sub-contractors, main contractors, or clients on shop drawings, materials, and samples.
  • Reviewing and aligning ACMV design drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications and guidelines.
  • Identifying discrepancies between M&E, structural, ID, architectural, and client provisions.
  • Managing and executing projects within deadlines.
  • Attending meetings with subcontractors, contractors, or clients to address issues and update progress.
  • Studying and reviewing drawings and specifications for compliance.
  • Allocating work and ensuring jobs are completed correctly and properly within standards and SOP.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with experience in air-conditioning systems engineering.

Diploma or degree in mechanical engineering is preferred. Candidates with more than 10 years of relevant experience may be considered for senior positions.

Prior experience in ACMV system installation, especially in the construction industry, is advantageous.

A sound understanding of ACMV systems, local and international codes of practice, green mark requirements, hydronic and static calculations, BIM, Revit, AutoCAD would be beneficial.

Candidates with strong communication and teamwork skills will excel in this role.
