- Effective on-the-job training (OJT) on equipment and skills, including the latest implementations of robotics and health policies, is essential.
- Managing staff motivation, discipline, development, and performance aligns with organisational, human resource, and government manpower policies.
- Overseeing assigned job sites achieves profitability and cost-effectiveness based on manpower and site requirements.
- Planning manpower deployment at various sites meets contractual requirements.
- Resolving client feedback and complaints takes preventive measures to prevent similar issues from arising.
- Recruiting, interviewing, and conducting performance reviews for applicants.
- Ensuring compliance with Workplace Safety & Health regulations and submitting regular updates on Toolbox Meeting Records, Staff Induction Records, and other required documents.
- Managing site budgets ensures they remain within limits.
- Ideal candidates should possess excellent leadership and communication skills, experience in managing teams, and overseeing daily operations.
