Job Title: Project Coordinator and Site Supervisor



Job Description:The role of the Resident Technical Officer is critical in ensuring that civil and structural works on a project are executed to required quality and accuracy. The officer maintains proper records, verifies reports and claims, and coordinates with contractors to guarantee project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and inspect site activities to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Record daily progress of works done, including tests, inspections, status of works, safety, materials, and equipment.
  • Verify reports and claims submitted by contractors to maintain transparency and accountability.
  • Accurately record all variations as instructed or approved by the Consultant Team.
  • Coordinate with main contractor and direct contractors to resolve queries and optimize work efficiency.
