Cycling Specialist

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Cycling Specialist. As a key member of our store staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all customers have an exceptional shopping experience. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch service, answering customer queries and providing expert advice on bicycle-related matters.

As a Cycling Specialist, you will work closely with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized workshop environment, which includes repairing bicycles, scooters, and other equipment. You will also be responsible for personalizing products to meet customer needs and preferences.

The ideal candidate should have a genuine passion for cycling and a willingness to learn and develop new skills. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and offering expert advice.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment.
  • Repair bicycles, scooters, and other equipment to the highest standards.
  • Personalize products to meet customer needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store objectives.


Requirements:

You don't need any prior experience to apply. We offer comprehensive training for 6 months as a starter. What we do require is your willingness to learn and develop new skills. Additionally, a passion for problem solving through repair is essential. The following skills are welcome but not necessary:

  • Technical assessment of bicycles for service.
  • Clear and concise notes of works to be done & database updates.
  • Execution of necessary repairs on bicycles.
  • Solution-oriented approach in fast-paced environments.
  • Tracking time and parts used per repair process.
  • Bicycle tools organizational & management skills.
