Valuation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Valuation Expert to join our dynamic valuation team. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with experienced professionals to deliver high-quality valuation services across Singapore's diverse property market.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate valuation advice, executing valuation advisory work, and preparing indicative valuations under supervision.

  • Collate and analyze relevant property market information and data in support of valuation reports;
  • Maintain comprehensive databases of market transactions and rental evidence;
  • Monitor Singapore property market trends and economic indicators.

You will also be responsible for executing formal valuation assignments, conducting site inspections of properties, and drafting valuation report sections and supporting documentation.

Additionally, you will service valuation requirements of both external clients and internal business units, support client presentations and meetings, and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in real estate or related disciplines;
  • Fresh graduates with passion for property valuation welcome;
  • Strong analytical and research capabilities;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
