VALUER
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Valuer with CBRE, you will work in a team to complete valuations to a high standard of quality, within client and company guidelines as well as meeting agreed-upon time frames.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Responsible for site inspection, data searching and preparation of valuation reports for all types of properties.
Complete all allocated valuations to a high quality, in a professional manner, within required time frames, and in accordance with company requirements and client instruction
Exercise sound judgement and decision making to produce accurate and high quality valuations reports
Maintain a sound working knowledge of local sales market
Manage and update relevant databases accordingly
Participate in all local marketing functions and exercises as required
Actively contribute to team meetings demonstrating a willingness to share ideas and information
Undertake other duties and tasks as your manager may reasonably direct from time to time
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Valuation professional with up to 3 years of valuations experience in Singapore
Licensed Valuer, SISV Member a strong advantage.
Fresh Graduate who are keen to learn on the job are welcome to apply.
Good knowledge of the local property industry and market across relevant market areas
Demonstrates mature communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build and nurture relationships at all levels
Excellent communication skills and a highly developed attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously and exercise sound judgement under pressure
