**What the role is**
- Your main scope will include valuation and real estate consultancy work relating in support of JTC’s role to transform industries and support Singapore’s industrial development.

**What you will be working on**
- You will be involved in the provision of technical expertise / valuation for JTC’s alienation of State Land, capital and rental valuation of JTC’s products and facilities, assessment of enhancement premium and valuation for financial budgeting and reporting purposes.
You will also provide advice to our business units for project feasibility studies, including market practices and assessment on financial returns. You will conduct market studies and foster good working relationship with valuers and real estate practitioners. You will also be involved in project teams to improve work processes and operational procedures where necessary.

**What we are looking for**
- Background in Real Estate or equivalent, preferably with related professional experience in areas such as property tax, valuation.
- Keen interest or knowledge of local property market would be an advantage.
- Strong analytical mind with good communications and interpersonal skills.
