Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT infrastructure initiatives. This is a critical role that requires strong project management skills, risk management expertise, and stakeholder communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define scope and deliverables; develop detailed timelines, budget forecasts, and resource plans.
  • Lead project implementation activities, coordinate across IT and business teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Proactively identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure continuity through contingency planning.
  • Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external vendors; regularly report progress and manage expectations.
  • Ensure that infrastructure deliverables meet technical and business standards; work closely with QA teams for reviews and validation.
  • Lead final project handover, ensure documentation is complete, and conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
  • 5–7 years in IT project management experience, preferably in infrastructure projects.
  • Strong risk management, stakeholder communication, and vendor coordination experience.
  • Proficient in tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar.
