Heritage Preservation Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to take on various projects related to heritage assessment and conservation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Southeast Asia history and a good working knowledge of the built environment and regulations in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct heritage assessments, including producing reports and statements of significance.
  • Undertake archival research and prepare desk-based assessments.
  • Participate in site-walkover surveys, archive and library visits.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to deliver high-quality schemes.
  • Manage heritage surveys and recording.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Built Heritage or Architecture (or equivalent).
  • Other Built Environment Degree will be considered.
  • Minimum Two years of experience in the Built Environment or Built Heritage Environment.
  • Experience and Working Knowledge of the built environment and regulation of Singapore.
  • A Class 3 driving license is desirable.
