HR Intern

About the Role

  • Support the HR team in various administrative tasks, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and HRIS database management.
  • Assist in the coordination of recruitment processes, including job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees, responding to queries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contribute to the implementation of new HR systems and processes.
  • Update and maintain HRIS databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR team.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Business or Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
  • Commitment to a period of 3 to 6 months, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
