Outlet Leadership Role

As an outlet leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a commercial outlet. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Operational Management: You will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the outlet's operation run smoothly and efficiently. This will include managing staff, coordinating daily tasks, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Team Leadership: As a team leader, you will be responsible for motivating and guiding your team to achieve their full potential. This will involve developing and implementing training programs, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service is critical to the success of the outlet. You will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive a high-quality experience, including resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: You will be responsible for managing the outlet's inventory, including tracking stock levels, forecasting demand, and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Inspections and Compliance: Regular inspections will be conducted to ensure that the outlet meets all relevant health and safety standards. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the outlet complies with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Performance Appraisal: You will be responsible for conducting regular performance appraisals of staff members, providing constructive feedback, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Financial Reporting: You will be responsible for preparing and submitting financial reports on a regular basis, including weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
  • Renovation and Maintenance: You will be responsible for proposing and overseeing renovation works, as well as performing other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors.
