We are seeking an experienced professional to manage and process insurance claims efficiently and effectively. Key responsibilities include liaising with stakeholders, guiding claim assistants, managing claims professionally, ensuring timely reserving, and providing feedback to underwriters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with policyholders, intermediaries, adjusters, investigators, lawyers, third-party claimants, and other stakeholders.
- Guide and support claim assistants in their daily responsibilities.
- Manage claims professionally within service benchmarks and protocols.
- Ensure timely and accurate reserving of claims.
- Provide feedback to underwriters on policy gaps and risk issues identified during claims handling.
- Attend site visits, client offices, and meetings when necessary.
- Conduct periodic file reviews and ensure proper documentation.
- Pursue and follow up on recovery claims.
- Handle additional tasks as assigned by management.
