Job Opportunity: Insurance Claims Specialist
">- We are seeking a skilled Insurance Claims Specialist to join our team. As an Insurance Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for managing claims and ensuring timely resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Respond to claim enquiries and requests in a timely manner.
- Communicate with policyholders and distribution representatives to resolve claims.
- Assess and manage appeals, feedbacks, and general complaints.
- Escalate higher-level complaints to Managers and immediate supervisors.
- Resolve any escalated cases assigned by Unit Head.
- Recommend new methods to improve operational effectiveness and customer experience.
- Provide guidance to junior staff members.
- Take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks.
Requirements:
">- Degree holder with at least 2 years of experience in the insurance industry.
- 1 year of relevant working experience in complaint handling is advantageous.
- Experience in the insurance industry with claim knowledge would be advantageous.
Benefits:
">- Salary up to $3800 with 1 month bonus.
- Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm working hours.
- 12 months contract.
