We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Global Banking Payments and Cash Management IT digital transformation journey.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of digitalization strategies, overseeing the execution of projects, and ensuring that our organization remains competitive in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement digital transformation strategies that align with the organization's overall vision and goals.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to design, develop, and deploy digital solutions, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, employees, customers, and vendors.
  • Develop and implement change management plans to ensure a smooth transition to new digital processes and systems.
  • Promote digital literacy across the organization, providing training and support to employees to ensure they have the necessary skills to effectively utilize digital tools and systems.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with digitalization initiatives, ensuring that the organization's data and systems are secure and compliant with regulatory requirements.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
