Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Growth Manager to join our team in Singapore.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth through identifying and securing new partnerships and collaborations.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Identify and research potential joint venture and collaboration partners for Singapore-based projects.
  • Draft and review term sheets, MOUs, and joint venture agreements.
  • Coordinate due diligence and liaise with internal and external teams to ensure successful partnerships.
  • Monitor partnership performance and contractual compliance to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, corporate strategy, or project structuring within construction, HVAC, or infrastructure.
  • Proven track record of success in joint venture negotiations and large-scale contracts.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and commercial terms.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with Chinese clients.
