Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a team in managing daily operations and making final decisions on matters of importance
* Guide, develop, and motivate staff to maintain high service standards
* Ensure compliance with safety, security, and standard operating procedures
* Assist the Duty Manager in daily deployment based on agreed service standards

Requirements:

* Diploma in any discipline
* Good command of written and spoken English
* Pleasant disposition and good interpersonal skills
* Team player in a fast-paced environment
* Independent and able to multitask
* Able to prioritize tasks effectively
* Able to work on rotating shifts
