As a Senior Engineering Leader, you will oversee the engineering organization responsible for establishing and improving processes on site.

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop clear vision, mission, objectives, and goals to drive organizational growth and success.
  • Process Improvement: Drive technical availability, reliability, and condition of assets through efficient repair and maintenance processes.
  • Vendor Management: Develop contractual strategies and frameworks to manage vendors and contractors.
  • Project Management: Oversee investment budgets, project portfolios, and lead investment review committees.
  • Technical Services Operations: Improve infrastructure, utilities, availability, and reliability.
  • Commissioning & Qualification: Ensure timely equipment C&Qs are completed as per plan.
  • System & Tools: Manage and customize systems/databases to provide professional infrastructure for design, installation, qualification, and lifecycle management.
  • Environmental Sustainability: Lead efforts to achieve site and company ES goals.
  • Required Skills:
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
    • Excellent leadership, project management, communication skills.
    • Experience working in pharmaceutical/biotech organizations.
  • Preferred Skills:
    • Six Sigma/Lean knowledge and experience.
    • Fluent English and proficient local language.
