Therapist Position Overview

This senior role involves delivering holistic psychological services to our clientele. We seek a highly skilled professional with expertise in clinical assessment, formulation, and intervention planning.

  • The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive psychological assessments, develop evidence-based programs, and lead case discussions and meetings.
  • They will also empower clients through self-management strategies, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and participate in continuous professional development activities.
  • In addition, the successful applicant will supervise associate psychologists, students, and interns, reviewing models of care and service delivery based on best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide high-quality, client-centered psychological services.
  2. Lead and conduct formal and informal psychological assessments.
  3. Develop and implement clinical formulations and evidence-based programs.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve program objectives.
  5. Empower clients through education and self-management strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Applied Psychology or equivalent from an accredited university.
  • Registered Psychologist with Singapore Psychological Society (SPS).
  • SRP Approved Supervisor with Singapore Psychological Society (Sps).
