Job Title: Therapist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled therapist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will work closely with patients and other medical professionals to provide expert care and support.

About the Role:
  • Assess and manage patients referred for treatment to ensure they receive the best possible outcomes.
  • Accurately document patient records and charge patients correctly in accordance with clinical and service standards.
  • Supervise Therapist Assistants and students on clinical attachment to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare members and participate in multidisciplinary discussions to improve patient care and services.
Requirements:
  • A recognised degree in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech Therapy is essential.
  • You should have good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, colleagues and other stakeholders.
  • Service orientation and customer focus are critical qualities for this role.
  • You will be a team player who can work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.
  • Prior experience in a similar role and full AHPC registration are preferred but not essential.
