Hotel Front Office Team Lead

As a key member of our hotel team, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and support during their stay. We are seeking an experienced Guest Services Executive to join our front office team, overseeing daily operations and providing guidance to colleagues as needed.
Responsibilities:
• Manage front desk duties, including check-in and check-out, cash handling, and room assignments
• Supervise colleagues, providing on-the-job training and coaching to ensure excellent customer service standards
• Foster strong relationships with other departments to meet guest needs and resolve any issues promptly
• Analyze revenue opportunities and implement strategies to maximize room sales
• Maintain accurate records, adhere to company policies, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
• Develop and maintain knowledge of hotel products and services to effectively promote them to guests
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a hospitality setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of providing outstanding customer service
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Estimated Salary Range: SGD $45,000 - SGD $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
