Front Office Team Lead

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Front Office Team Lead to join our team at Dusit Thani Laguna Singapore.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel operations, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and guide a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the front office team, ensuring seamless check-in/check-out processes, accurate payment handling, and efficient group arrangements.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of knowledge among staff regarding hotel services, room rates, packages, and promotions.
- Manage staff schedules, attendance records, and prepare for guest arrivals.
- Respond promptly to guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
- Familiarity with yield management and cost controls.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Pleasant personality with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Estimated Salary: SGD 5,000 - SGD 6,500 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
