Regional HR Support Role

This position involves supporting the regional HR team in implementing strategic initiatives across Asia Pacific.

  • Contribute to developing and implementing regional HR strategies that enhance employee engagement and talent retention.
  • Coordinate HR communication activities, including creating Sharepoint pages, communication materials, and presentations.
  • Review internal HR policies across countries to achieve standardization.
  • Support local HR teams to promote employee development and engagement.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders on HR projects and initiatives.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to daily HR operations according to established procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communication, Business, or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Self-motivated individual with initiative and a self-directed work style.
  • Passionate about working on regional HR initiatives and topics.
  • Adaptable and eager to learn in a multicultural environment.
