As a Director of Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive growth strategies, managing budgets, and leading cross-functional teams. Your primary goal will be to accelerate revenue growth through data-driven decision-making and innovative marketing practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Growth Strategy Development: Design and execute a 3-year growth roadmap, identifying opportunities for expansion across multiple businesses and brands.
- Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing team of growth, content, product marketing, and operations specialists.
- Brand Architecture: Develop a unified brand strategy, positioning, and key messaging across all brands.
- Content Engine: Establish a high-quality content production engine, creating engaging content across various media platforms.
- Demand Generation: Develop and implement demand generation strategies, including warm outreach, cold outreach, organic content, paid advertising, and more.
- 10+ years' experience: Driving growth marketing in high-performance environments with proven results.
- Strategic Thinker: Able to design and implement comprehensive growth strategies, leveraging data and market insights.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of commercial drivers, including budget management, ROI optimization, and cost control.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Candidate Profile: Ambitious, commercially obsessed, direct, decisive, and data-driven, with a passion for building and growing businesses.
- Autonomy: Own the strategy, budget, team, and execution, with a seat on our executive team.
