Senior Food Preparation Specialist

The role of Food Preparation Expert is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for preparing menus in collaboration with colleagues and maintaining a high standard of food quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare menus collaboratively with the team to meet customer demands.
- Maintain adequate supplies at the cooking stations to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Prepare frequently used ingredients, such as vegetables and spices, to enhance the dining experience.
- Work closely with the executive or sous chef to implement new menu items and presentation styles.
- Optimize the cooking process to balance speed and quality while adhering to health and safety standards.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Food Preparation Expert or similar role.
- Strong culinary skills with attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Certificate of basic food hygiene course.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
