Investment Analyst Internship

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Investment Analyst Intern. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced investment professionals and gain valuable insights into the world of private credit.

About the Role

This internship is designed for students pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as business management, finance or accounting. You will be responsible for performing investment due diligence, including financial and business analysis, financial modeling, transaction structuring, ESG analysis, macroeconomic and industry research on prospective investments.

You will also assist in portfolio management & monitoring, fund marketing efforts, and preparing internal investment committee memos, market research, monitoring current investments, and new deal origination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform investment due diligence, including financial and business analysis, financial modeling, transaction structuring, ESG analysis, macroeconomic and industry research on prospective investments.
  • Assist in portfolio management & monitoring, fund marketing efforts.
  • Prepare internal investment committee memos, market research, monitoring current investments, and new deal origination.
Requirements
  • Pursuing an academic degree in a relevant field of study such as business management, finance or accounting etc.
  • Good practical knowledge of finance and investment concepts, including equity analysis, credit risk analysis, financial modeling, valuation etc.
  • Past working experience in related fields such as investment banking, leveraged finance, project finance, structured finance and/or private equity would be a plus.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling would be a plus.
