Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the full recruitment process, from initial application to onboarding and orientation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate full recruitment process, ensuring timely and efficient hiring of top talent.
  • Responsible for processing applications, renewals, and cancellations, maintaining accurate records and adherence to employment regulations.
  • Arrange and prepare new hires for onboarding and orientation, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
  • Maintain employees' personal files and records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies.
  • Monitor employees' confirmation dates and coordinate confirmation processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed in a timely manner.
  • Assist in Performance and Salary Review processes, providing valuable insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Coordinate training programs according to Training Plan, maintaining all training records and tracking progress towards goals.
  • Arrange business trips and foreign new hires, including air tickets and hotel accommodations, while verifying employees' medical claims and business trip subsistence.
  • Generate monthly claims reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Process government grants for Enhanced Maternity & Child Care leave, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Assist in reviewing HR policies and procedures, providing recommendations for improvement and implementation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 6 years of HR experience in healthcare or related industry, with a proven track record of success in talent acquisition and management.
  • Good knowledge of employment regulations and latest HR practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
