Review and update volunteer policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures to reflect best practices and organisational needs.
Requirements:
A minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Social Work, or related field to demonstrate relevant expertise and qualifications.
Strong administrative and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to engage with volunteers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite to utilise technology and software applications efficiently.
Able to manage multiple tasks with concurrent deadlines to deliver results-oriented performance.
