This role is responsible for developing and implementing volunteer programmes to support the organization's purpose and vision.
- The ideal candidate will have a degree in Social Sciences, Education, Communications, Business Administration, Environmental Studies or related fields.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in volunteer management, community engagement, learning & development, or stakeholder relations is required.
- Programme Development: Strategise and develop volunteer programmes that align with the organisation's goals and objectives.
- Team Management: Oversee the team's recruitment, training, and engagement efforts for all volunteer programmes.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for volunteer contributions, performance, and programme impact.
- Develop and implement effective volunteer training frameworks.
- Foster a respectful and supportive environment for volunteers.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to identify and co-create volunteer opportunities.
- Degree in relevant field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in volunteer management or related field.
