About the Job:
">The Financial Operations Clerk will play a critical role in supporting our accounting team at Recruit Express Pte Ltd. Key responsibilities include processing supplier invoices, managing payments, and generating PI and sales invoices. If you have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
">Main Tasks:
">">Process and enter supplier invoices into accounting systemManage accurate and up-to-date financial recordsEnsure timely payment of supplier invoicesGenerate PI and sales invoices (enter sales invoices into accounting system)Support the accounting team with filing and other administrative tasks">Requirements:
">A Diploma or higher in accounting or related fields is required. While prior experience in accounts payable is beneficial, it's not essential, as we provide comprehensive training.
