Job Title

This role is a key position within the organization, focused on leading sustainability initiatives and maintaining efficient operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Awareness Campaigns: Develop and implement awareness campaigns to promote green initiatives, environmental programs, and water management practices.
  2. Sustainability Strategies: Create and manage Reduce, Reuse and Recycle strategies and programs with tenant participation aligned with corporate policy targets.
  3. Maintenance Operations: Ensure the efficient operation of all plants, equipment, and systems within the building, including ACMV, Plumbing, Sanitary, Gas, Water Features, and BMS System.
  4. Utilities Consumption: Analyze utilities consumption (Electricity, Water & Chilled Water) and take appropriate actions to minimize wastage and maximize efficiency.
  5. Energy Procurement: Procure electricity from the Energy Market.
  6. Maintenance Activities: Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities to ensure contractors/vendors and technicians complete repair and maintenance work within required timelines and standards.
  7. Project Works: Carry out ad-hoc project works to enhance M&E and Sustainability systems, including putting up expense approval and proposal papers for approval.
  8. Marketing Budgets: Forecast, plan, and prepare annual marketing budgets and monitor expenditures within approved budgets.
  9. Tenant Liaison: Liaise with tenants, business partners, government agencies, vendors/suppliers to ensure professional management.
  10. System Operation: Ensure all systems operate in accordance with system design and operation intent.
  11. Fit-out Applications: Review and approve tenant fit-out applications.
  12. CERT Team: Member of CERT Team – Site Management Controller.
  13. Green Steering Committee: Member of the Green Steering Committee and Chairman of the Green Working Committee, including Tenant Sub-Committee.
  14. Reporting: Prepare and submit monthly reports.
  15. Customer Services: Manage delivery of excellent customer services consistent with company service standards and brand attributes.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to analyze data, and experience in sustainability and maintenance operations.
  • Qualifications: Certification in sustainability and maintenance operations an asset.
