Salesforce Business Analysts are responsible for analyzing information, gathering requirements, documenting inputs and outputs, communicating effectively across teams, planning and implementing solutions, and testing these solutions to ensure success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dive into key data, insights, and facts to determine actionable steps for business success.
- Establish project foundations by interviewing stakeholders and departments to gather opinions, information, and facts, helping to define the teams, processes, and other project elements.
- Document all inputs, actions, and outcomes exchanged within teams and departments to maintain clear records for stakeholders.
- Act as a bridge among teams, departments, and stakeholders through verbal and non-verbal communication to ensure alignment of processes and inputs with desired outputs.
- Develop and execute effective actions and solutions that meet the end goals of business stakeholders.
- Test and measure implemented solutions, track progress, and create training materials, including feedback and elicitation questions for documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science.
- At least 3 years of consulting/implementation experience.
- Over 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or equivalent cloud certifications.
- Extensive enterprise-level project management experience (e.g., SOWs, contracts, risk management, staffing).
- Background in Business Process Engineering/Re-engineering in sales, marketing, and/or customer support.
- Strong communication skills, with executive presence and facilitation experience.
- Proven success leading enterprise CRM implementations and technology initiatives.
