  • About the Role:

This position plays a vital role in bridging the gap between sales teams, product/solution teams, and potential clients. As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will act as an intermediary to understand client needs, design tailored proposals, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and ensure technical/functional alignment of solutions with customer requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess direct experience with education and government programs, learning and development, HR Management solutions, SaaS platforms (B2B & B2C), and AI-driven applications across ASEAN. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, presentation, and consultative skills.

Main Responsibilities:

">
  • Solution Design & Consultation: Engage with prospective clients to comprehend business challenges, processes, and objectives. Translate requirements into customized proposals aligned with Cognotiv's SaaS and AI-powered platforms. Provide subject-matter expertise in education technology, HRTech, GovTech, and enterprise SaaS solutions.

  • Pre-Sales Support: Deliver impactful presentations, live demos, and proof-of-concepts (PoC). Respond to RFPs/RFIs and prepare solution documentation. Partner with Sales to shape winning strategies and with Product/Tech teams to ensure feasibility.

  • Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to C-level, ministries, and enterprise leaders. Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering, and discovery sessions. Address solution-related objections with value-driven narratives.

  • Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Work closely with Product, Program Management, and Technical Development teams. Capture market and client feedback to influence product roadmap. Contribute to internal playbooks, demo environments, and knowledge libraries.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
">
  • Minimum 5 years' proven experience in Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting / Business Analysis.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead presentations, demos, and PoC for government agencies, ministries, or enterprise clients.

Preferred/Advantageous:

  • Experience with government procurement, RFP/RFI, or tender processes.

  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, integration, and enterprise architecture.

  • Regional exposure across ASEAN markets.
