Job Overview

Lead the transition of our manufacturing site to a greenfield facility, driving strategic planning and execution. Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring milestones are met with minimal disruption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, execute, and monitor activities from the current facility to the new site.
  • Develop and track project milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation actions.
  • Set up and validate master data for manufactured and purchased parts in alignment with PFEP principles and site standards.
  • Manage the evaluation, selection, and deployment of Advanced Planning & Scheduling (APS) systems, integrating with ERP and aligning to business requirements.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Production, Engineering, and Digital Technology teams to ensure planning systems meet operational and business needs.
  • Monitor scheduling outputs, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to maintain data integrity.
  • Deliver training and coaching on APS functionality, planning processes, and master data governance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in production planning, master scheduling, and/or master data management in manufacturing.
  • Aerospace, automotive, or high-mix, low-volume manufacturing experience preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong expertise in Master Data Management and production planning systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate insights into operational improvements.
  • Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
