Job Title:

Chief Risk Management Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced risk management professional to join our team. As a Chief Risk Management Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the Corporate Resilience Office in driving and executing enterprise risk management and business continuity management activities.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of work experience in business continuity management or a related field. They should be proficient in productivity tools such as Microsoft 365 apps and have a strong command of spoken and written English.

The successful candidate will also possess a basic knowledge of commonly used standards/best practices in ERM and BCM, such as ISO 31000.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support planning and implementation of key enhancements to CRO operations
  • Drive organisation-wide cycle activities, including framework and methodology review, risk reviews, training, test and exercise and maintenance of crisis management plans
  • Develop strong partnership with divisional representatives for regular reporting and implementation of mitigation measures to management
  • Support training and community engagement campaigns
  • Provide support to other CRO activities as needed
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of work experience in business continuity management or a related field
  • Proficient in productivity tools such as Microsoft 365 apps
  • Strong command of spoken and written English
  • Basic knowledge of commonly used standards/best practices in ERM and BCM, such as ISO 31000
