Project Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of projects, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and meeting business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, document, and execute medium to high complexity projects.
  • Implement effective project governance, change management, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure controls for change management and risk management are maintained, recommending mitigating measures as needed.
  • Recommend and adopt project management methodologies and tools for implementation and/or maintenance.
  • Manage and monitor project schedules, costs, scope, timescales, resources used, and take action when deviations occur.
  • Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS), policies, and standards guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably managing 2 full project development life cycles, including one using Agile methodology.
  • Strong leadership skills in vendor and key partner management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, balancing analytical and people aspects.
  • Strategic, technical thinking to manage complexity, and strong business acumen to understand priorities and drivers.
  • Strong analytical, conceptualisation, and problem-solving skills.
  • An adaptable and bold personality, open to new knowledge and thoughtful risks.
  • Motivated by innovation to achieve business goals and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in handling application digital solutions, preferably involving Cloud, Design Thinking, Data Analytics, or Product-Centric Development.
  • Project Management-related certifications such as PMP, ITIL.
  • Agile-related certification such as Certified Scrum Master.
