Job Summary

Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects.

  • Tender Proposal Development: Develop comprehensive project tender proposals that meet client requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Lead technical teams in project executions, guiding them towards efficient and effective outcomes.
  • Risk Management: Identify and communicate potential risks to team members, enabling proactive mitigation strategies.
  • P & ID and GA Drawings: Generate detailed process flow diagrams (P & ID) and general arrangement drawings (GA) for seamless project planning.
  • Client and Vendor Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Procurement Oversight: Oversee procurement processes, guaranteeing timely delivery of necessary resources.
  • Maintenance and Ad Hoc Duties: Assist in maintaining company equipment and instruments, as well as performing other assigned tasks.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Hold a degree or post-graduate diploma/professional degree in engineering.
  • Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel overseas for project-related assignments.
  • Work Schedule: Availability for 5.25 workdays per week.
  • Shift Work: Willingness to work shifts during project execution.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts occasionally, with allowance provided.
  • Responsibility and Multitasking: Ability to prioritize responsibilities and multitask effectively.
  • Practical Experience: Preferred hands-on experience in relevant areas.
