  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers.
  • Provide market insights and cost developments to the business.
  • Champion sustainability within the region for the ocean category.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in freight procurement.
  • Tender management and contract negotiation skills.
  • Experience with tendering, procurement, and freight platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain a neutral approach in contentious situations.
  • Champion for innovation within STC.
  • Energetic, independent, and self-motivated with the ability to determine and define priorities.
  • International experience and awareness of different cultures.
