Job Description

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for working on the measurement and testing technology business. You will oversee startup activities from move-in to system app qualification, ensuring that all qualifications are completed.

Your primary role will involve troubleshooting and providing corrective maintenance to Unity's toolset. You will also follow up on customer feedback and system issues by coordinating high-level communication with customers, the Unity team, and headquarters.

Additionally, you will initiate and participate in projects related to customer CIP or internal projects. This will involve following and proposing action plans for corrective actions and improvements.

To succeed in this position, you must be able to perform daily activities on an intense production area while adhering to all safety rules and internal processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronic, or Microelectronics preferred)
  • Strong technical foundation in semiconductor or related fields
  • Customer-facing experience, handling technical support and communication with international teams
  • Good communication skill
  • Team-oriented mindset with knowledge-sharing capabilities
