About the Project

The project accelerates institutional and crypto-native adoption of on-chain finance, collaborating with funds and Web3 projects to deliver scalable, compliant, and composable solutions.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Engage and onboard funds, building pipelines of traditional and crypto hedge/venture funds.
  2. Structure pilots, co-develop strategies, and formalize commercial and technical collaboration with funds and allocators.
  3. Negotiate integrations with DeFi protocols, infrastructure providers, wallets, exchanges, and data/analytics partners.
  4. Drive co-marketing, launch plans, custody/ops readiness, and post-onboarding expansion with clear success metrics.
  5. Coordinate tech integrations, documentation, and dashboards with product/engineering teams.
  6. Maintain a live view of institutional needs, regulatory constraints, and competitive landscape.
  7. Pipeline management: Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene, forecasting, and reporting.
  8. Ecosystem presence: Represent incubated DeFi protocol projects at conferences, webinars, and working groups.
Requirements
  1. Result-driven mindset with strong industry knowledge and ability to build senior relationships.
  2. 5-8 years experience in BD/partnerships or strategy development, with at least 1-3 years in crypto/Web3.
  3. TradFi foundation with direct experience in banks, asset managers, hedge funds, broker-dealers, custodians, or fintech serving institutions.
  4. Crypto fluency with grasp of DeFi primitives, custody/operations for funds, on/off-ramp flows, tokenomics/incentives, and risk/compliance considerations.
  5. Deal-making experience sourcing, negotiating, and closing partnerships and integrations.
  6. Technical comfort navigating APIs/SDKs, integration diagrams, and product requirements.
  7. Executive presence with storytelling, written collateral, and partner enablement assets.
  8. CRM discipline, data-driven decision-making, and comfort with fast-moving environments.
  9. Existing network across hedge/venture funds, allocators, market makers, and crypto-native protocols.
Success Metrics
  1. Institutional partnerships: Signed fund/allocator relationships, AUM or capital committed/onboarded.
  2. Ecosystem integrations: Number and quality of protocol/infrastructure integrations, active usage and TVL/volume impact.
  3. Commercial outcomes: Revenue contribution, conversion rates, and partner expansion.
