Lead ACMV Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Lead ACMV Project Manager to lead our full project cycle from planning to handover. As a seasoned professional, you will ensure timely completion and smooth stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the ACMV project team, comprising engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor project progress, conduct site inspections, and manage schedules.
  • Handle monthly progress claims, variation orders, and extension of time.
  • Manage technical documentation, including MOS, RA, SWP, drawings, RFA, and RFI.
  • Plan manpower, forecast resources, and resolve site issues proactively.
  • Coordinate testing, commissioning, O&M manual, and DLP documentation.
  • Liaise with main contractors, consultants, and clients.
Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
  • At least 10 years' experience in ACMV & BMS system design and installation.
  • Strong understanding of local codes, safety standards, and procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
