Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced ACMV Foreman / Site Supervisor with at least 2 years of relevant experience in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) installation works on site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise ACMV site works, ensuring quality and safety standards are met
  • Manage and coordinate site workers and subcontractors daily activities
  • Read and interpret ACMV installation drawings and specifications
  • Monitor work progress and report to project management
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations
  • Liaise with main contractors and other trades on site for smooth operations
  • Handle onsite troubleshooting and problem-solving

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of ACMV Foreman or Site Supervisor experience in Singapore
  • Strong knowledge of ACMV installation processes and safety standards
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and instructions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1, $1,600.00 per month
