BIM Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled BIM Manager to lead our design and construction teams in implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes.

  • Job Responsibilities:
    • Establish and maintain BIM standards, processes, and workflows across the organization.
    • Facilitate collaboration among architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely BIM data delivery.
    • Train and educate project teams on BIM technology and workflows.
    • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve BIM-related issues and conflicts.
    • Develop and maintain BIM documentation and reports.
    • Ensure compliance with BIM project requirements, standards, and regulations.
    • Oversee the creation and maintenance of BIM execution plans for each project.
Requirements

To succeed as a BIM Manager, you will need:

  • A strong background in architecture, engineering, or construction, preferably with experience in BIM implementation.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to facilitate collaboration among diverse stakeholders.
  • The ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve BIM-related issues.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools for BIM management.
