We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive, Centre Operations & Administration to join our team.

Job Description:

Under the supervision of the Director and Centre Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative functions and operational management of the Centre.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the Centre, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Manage correspondence and meeting schedules of the Centre Director, and procurement of office supplies as well as IT equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of Centre's KPIs, achievements, and centre operations.
  • Ensure accurate billing, invoicing, and payment processing.
  • Organize and support meetings, workshops, and Centre-related events.
  • Assist in the preparation of grants submissions and requesting quotations and others.
