We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and provide top-notch customer service.
- The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for attending to resident feedbacks and enquiries, responding to emails and performing general administrative tasks.
- The successful candidate will possess a minimum Higher Nitec qualification in any service-oriented field and at least 1 year of experience in a customer support role.
- They will also be able to multi-task, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
This is an entry-level position that requires a full-time commitment. As a member of our team, you will be working in the facilities services industry, providing administrative and customer service support to our residents.
