  • The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for attending to resident feedbacks and enquiries, responding to emails and performing general administrative tasks.
  • The successful candidate will possess a minimum Higher Nitec qualification in any service-oriented field and at least 1 year of experience in a customer support role.
  • They will also be able to multi-task, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
