Job Summary:

The Clinic Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to our medical team, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. This includes patient registration, triage, and coordination of medical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Triage patients and register them for medical procedures
  • Coordinate with doctors and nurses to ensure efficient patient care
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as billing and inventory management
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families
  • Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment
Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE O' level, NITEC, or Higher NITEC in any discipline
  • Sales or customer service experience is an added advantage
  • Preferably stay in the northeast area
  • Must be able to commit to 3 nights and/or 1 weekend shifts
  • Good learning and service attitude is compulsory
  • Basic IT proficiency required
  • Good command of spoken English
