Etern Medical Group Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and dedicated Clinic Assistant cum Phlebotomist to join our team. As a Clinic Assistant cum Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Triage patients, conduct health declarations, and register patients in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Dispense medication, collect payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Explain medical and health screen packages to patients, ensuring they understand their treatment options.
  • Arrange and book appointments for patients, ensuring seamless follow-up treatment and vaccination.
  • Assist doctors with chaperoning and conduct minor procedures, swab procedures, and other clinical tasks.
  • Perform administrative duties assigned by superiors, including collating lab results and radiology reports.
  • Process billing, including HSG, CHAS, and Medisave, and submit insurance claims electronically.
  • Top up medications, maintain inventory, and assist with stock-taking as required.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the clinic facilities, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety.
Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE 'O' level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma holders.
  • Phlebotomy certificate with blood-taking experience.
  • Sales or customer service experience is an added advantage.
  • Preferably residing in the northeast area.
  • Ability to commit to weekday/nights or 1 weekend morning.
  • Good learning and service attitude is compulsory.
  • Basic IT proficiency required (Clinic Assist, Managed Care portals).
  • Good command of spoken English.
  • Health Screening knowledge is an added advantage.
