We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Education Office team as an Executive. The successful candidate will provide administrative and logistical support for clinical trainings, including building relationships with MOH, NHG, and school partners, and assisting in monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for reporting purposes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for clinical trainings, including coordination of logistics and communication with stakeholders.
  • Assist in monitoring KPIs for clinical trainings and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support management in preparing papers, policies, and procedures related to Medical, Nursing, Allied Health education, and clinical training.
  • Manage the collation of clinical training data and student feedback for reporting purposes.
  • Work closely with MOH, NHG, internal, and external stakeholders on funding matters, budget projections, and financial year-end closing activities.
  • Provide support in reviewing agreements between NHG, IMH, and school partners on funded and non-funded clinical trainings.
  • Support Education Office and Clinical Educator leads in planning and organizing annual education work-plan retreats and provide secretarial support for EO and NHG education-related meetings.
Requirements
  • Degree holder with at least 2-3 years of working experience.
  • Work experience in healthcare/hospital/education industry would be an advantage.
  • Possess strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and dynamic individual with an eye for detail and positive attitude.
  • Keen interest in process improvement and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines.
  • Committed team player, empathetic, and able to work well in teams to achieve department's goals.
