Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 4 years of service experience in a luxury hotel or Michelin restaurant, including 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Preferably a diploma graduate in Hospitality Management, Business, or its equivalent.
  • Excellent problem-solving and innovative thinking skills, with a focus on team-oriented management and open communication.
  • Strong relationships-building abilities across departments and with guests.
  • Proficient in F&B software/systems, quality management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Extensive knowledge of wines, spirits, and crafted mixed drinks.
