Fish Soup Chef Job Opportunity

Are you passionate about cooking and have a talent for preparing delicious fish soups? Do you want to work in a fast-paced environment where you can utilize your skills and creativity? We are seeking an experienced Fish Soup Chef to join our team

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality fish soups according to standard recipes. This includes preparing raw fishes, cutting fish and ingredients as required, engaging in daily prep tasks such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, or preparing sauces. The ideal candidate will ensure consistency in taste, portion, and presentation while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in F&B preparation with a focus on fish processing and food safety.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and quality control.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Certificate of Hygiene Food level 1.

Benefits:

Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am - 8:00 pm.
