Business Development Leader

Job Title:

Business Development Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Professional to drive growth and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales skills, strong analytical abilities, and a deep understanding of the semiconductor industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and other means
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
  • Provide regular sales performance updates and forecasts to management
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market research

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Electronics, Materials Science, or any related field
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of the semiconductor supply chain, materials, components, or equipment is an advantage
